Privacy policy
How your personal data is handled under the GDPR. This page is a plain-English summary; the Spanish version is the legally binding text.
This is an English summary provided for convenience. The legally binding text is the Spanish política de privacidad. The service is provided from Spain and personal data is processed under Spanish and European Union law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Last updated: 29 October 2026.
1. Data controller
- Controller: Felipe de Mello Hernández
- Tax ID (NIF): [COMPLETAR: NIF/CIF]
- Address: [COMPLETAR: domicilio]
- Email: info@fhtecnologia.es
2. What data is collected and why
The contact form collects your name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in and the content of your message. This data is used only to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. If you email directly, the data you include in your messages is processed for the same purpose.
The hosting provider and the anti-spam service also process technical data such as your IP address and basic browser information, to keep the site secure and prevent abuse. This site uses no analytics or advertising that identifies people. No marketing emails are sent without your prior consent, and no automated decisions or profiling are made with your data.
3. Legal basis
Replying to your enquiry relies on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on your consent (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.a GDPR). Site security relies on the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). If you hire a service, the processing is based on the contract and on legal obligations.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to deal with it and, if no contract follows, for a maximum of 12 months after the last communication. If a service is hired, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law.
5. Recipients
Your data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. The following providers act as data processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, content delivery, security and the Turnstile anti-spam check) and Resend (delivery of your message by email to the controller), together with the controller's own email provider. Some providers are based in the United States; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@fhtecnologia.es and identifying yourself. You will receive a reply within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security and minors
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied: encrypted connection (HTTPS), security headers, server-side form validation, anti-spam protection, restricted access and processing of the minimum data necessary. The services are aimed at companies and professionals; no data is knowingly collected from anyone under 14.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the last revision appears at the top. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
